Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key identifying various parts of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
